Founded by Andrew in 2022, Culture On The Line documents artists, exhibitions, organizations, and cultural questions across south-central Pennsylvania. Its interviews and reported pieces give regional creative work a durable public record.

The project reflects a consistent belief: creative communities become stronger when their members notice, support, and write about one another. Coverage ranges from individual artist profiles to questions of attendance, funding, and local cultural infrastructure.
