Andrew is a fellow in the inaugural PA Cultural Exchange, a statewide program from PA Humanities that brings artists, storytellers, historians, educators, organizers, and other cultural practitioners into a shared learning community.

The fellowship connects his visual practice to the wider work of building cultural relationships across the Commonwealth. Over 18 months, fellows will meet through immersive exchange weekends, virtual workshops, and peer-coaching groups, with support for individual practice and community-based projects.
